Gang of Dummizz is the studio's flagship title. A physics-based VR brawler built for shared arcade floors. Players compete in chaotic team brawls across arena levels designed around emergent moments and high replayability.
As Game Director, I owned the full product vision, from initial concept through to live operation and content updates. The core challenge was designing for unpredictable player mixes: different group sizes, skill levels, and session lengths, all billed by the minute.
Game direction: Full creative leadership across design, art direction, and QA pipeline. Level design: Built and iterated all combat arenas, optimizing for group readability and physical VR movement. Systemic design: Designed the power-up, knockback, and team balance systems from scratch.
